How do I get started?

Just contact us and tell us when you’re ready! We’ll give you a call to learn your goals and the amount you have available to lend. Once we have a property which meets our criteria, we reach out to our private money lenders. When we do, you’ll arrange for the funds to be sent to the attorney or title company (NEVER to VSS Spectrum Properties). A closing will be set up at the title company office and you can sit back and watch your investment grow. You’ll get fixed returns that never change and that are safely secured by real estate.
